A big thank you to Prof. Ruth Falzon from the Malta Dyslexia Association for delivering a very insightful, interactive workshop about dyslexia and best practices in the workplace. Main topics of discussion were
- Challenges employees with dyslexia may face.
- Understanding of visual stressors
- Types of fonts and ways to address emails.
And with the help of Prof. Falzon, we were able to come up with some guidliens that might help employees with dyslexia, such as avoiding using certain fonts, discussing such matters and encoruage experince sharing.
